Franny Ramsdell scored five goals to lead the Warriors (2-4) past the Raiders (1-5) in Wells.
Fryeburg pulled away early and held a 7-3 lead at the half. Rhiannon McQuaide and Brianna Michaud-Nolan each had two goals, and Sarah Webb stopped eight shots.
Bridget O’Neal had three goals for Fryeburg, and Hope Duffy added two.
