Franny Ramsdell and Mackenzie Foss combined to score 21 points in the second half as the Warriors (12-5) recovered from a 20-8 halftime deficit to beat the Falcons (14-3) at Wells.
Ramsdell scored a team-high 14 points. Foss had 11.
Wells scored one point in the first quarter but went on an 18-8 run in the third to cut the lead to 28-26, then outscored Freeport 13-7 in the fourth.
Caroline Smith scored a game-high 20 points for Freeport.
