Chelsea Gravier scored 11 of her game-high 23 points in the fourth quarter, Karley Piers finished with 18 and the Yachtsmen (2-15) used a big first half to beat the Blue Blazes (3-14) at Westbrook.
Falmouth opened on a 22-6 run and led 38-19 at halftime.
Abigail Symbol scored 12 points on four 3-pointers for Westbrook. Avery Tucker added 10 points.
