Nick Stanley scored twice in a low-scoring win for the Patriots (7-6) over the Lakers (3-10) in a Class C round of 16 matchup at Gray.
Matt Gilman and Ben Pierce also scored for fifth-seeded Gray-NG, and Sam Tibbetts made eight saves in goal.
Jason Harlow scored the lone goal for 12th-seeded Lake Region, with Aundrew Edwards stopping 14 shots.
